The Tzeltal colleagues of Petalcingo ejido, members of the Popular Resistance Movement in the South East (MRPs-FNLS) and the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS), we reported that 2 DAYS we BLOCKING THE ROAD BE UNINTERRUPTED linking the town of Yajalon with Tila and Sabanilla, in the northern state of Chiapas, and we will continue to see fulfilled our just and democratic demands.

Yesterday a committee of the MRPs-FNLS of Petalcingo came at 9:00 am at the offices of the Government Delegation in Yajalon, thus complying with the invitation that we were made to hold a conversation with the new Deputy Regional Operation Forest Zone, Alexander Constantine, which would also attend the Mayor of Tila, Limber Gomez Gutierrez, in order for it to perform at last with its obligation to provide formal appointment Municipal Agent Petalcingo our colleague Agustín Pérez Gómez, who was legitimate and democratically elected by the people. The committee
long wait until 16:30 hours, without presenting the commitment the Mayor, which IS ONCE AGAIN THE RELIABILITY AND MANIFEST MRPs-FNLS WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE BY THE WAY THROUGH INSTITUTIONAL, IN SHOWING MUCH irresponsible and indolence that the mayor of TILA HAS TO INDIANS, which is not new, their family has a long history of racial discrimination that comes from 1977.
For his part, Deputy Regional Operation Forest Zone, Alejandro Constantino, our committee insisted that the solution was to build Ejido Assembly to elect a new Municipal Agent; proposal which is precisely that drives the Mayor and his corrupt group of followers in the ejido, as the weight municipal institutions and to the electoral process already started, have the resources to buy consciences distributing crumbs, as they did before since they were in the PRI. Given this
the MRPs-FNLS states that it is possible to make what is commonly known as an ejido Assembly, PRECISELY BECAUSE OF THE CURRENT PRESIDENT AND MUNICIPAL GROUP THAT LEADS. Since the last time that was attempted to hold a July 11, 2007, against various state and federal officials who will not let us lie, and not performed because YOU AVOID THOSE WITH VIOLENT WAY SO THAT NO ITS came to light ACTS OF CORRUPTION THAT OWN committed in complicity with former MUNICIPAL.

Thus, since July 2007 has not been properly restored social order in our ejido, with two commissioners: legitimate belonging to the MRPs-FNLS, and the glitch that was imposed on that occasion, each with its respective Assembly.
For all the above for us is totally unacceptable the proposal of Deputy Regional Operation Forest Zone, Alexander Constantine, that the problem is solved by an ejido Assembly. The group now belongs to the PVEM corrupt and various government officials, imposed their Commissioner and Agent arbitrarily and without the legal requirement of an Assembly, while the Commissioner of Petalcingo LEGITIMATE JACINTO PEREZ Militant-FNLS MRPs, whether to convene a meeting PUBLICLY ON 12 DECEMBER 2008 TO ELECT THE NEW MUNICIPAL AGENT, CONSULT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO EVEN THE PVEM, PRI, PT and PRD, democratically elect our fellow AUGUSTINE PEREZ GOMEZ AS CONSTA IN THE ACT OF ASSEMBLY FOR SIGNATURE GUARANTEED BY 1.098.
To this day we have agreed with the Deputy Regional Operation Forest Zone, a new appointment at 14:00 in Yajalon, which supposedly this time it will present the Mayor of Tila Limber Gutierrez.
