Dear Neighbor,

as I reported in previous newsletters, we have created our Neighborhood Association and we believe it is the only legal way for our City Council address the complaints that we send. To date all efforts through meetings and letters made with the City Councilors have been unsuccessful. The daily traffic is more intense and uncontrolled meaning for here lies a great danger and great noise inside our homes. Many neighbors have sent their complaints, because there are nights when the noise is horrible, caused trouble sleeping quietly.

'm sorry I left the blog for some months, but I think it slipped from my hands to keep up with people who write and the information that I supplied, at first very few people read my blog and of course almost nobody was writing, but over time the number of comments and cosulta increased so that I could not handle the volume .
