THE OPINION
PUBLIC TO PERSONS ENGAGED IN DEFENSE OF THE POLITICAL AND HUMAN RIGHTS
THE STRUGGLE AGAINST NATIONAL SOCIALISM (FNLS) STATES AND COMPLAINTS:

En este contexto denunciamos the commoner Moisés Molina Rodríguez, member of Peasant and Indigenous People's Organization "Ricardo Flores Magon" (OCIP-RFM-FNLS) in the state of Michoacán, was arrested and disappeared from March 12 through June 26, 2008 by elements of federal army, being subject to physical and psychological torture in a secret detention center (see attached testimony).
Given these despicable acts, we announced that the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS) will begin an intense national and international campaign of denunciation in which to visit human rights organizations, congressmen, senators, the National Front Against Repression (FNCR) and moral renowned personalities for these crimes against humanity go unpunished and forgetfulness. Emphasizing that will not give up the struggle for evidence that the government of Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, the forced disappearance of persons and other crimes against humanity are systematic and effective to fight any independent organization.
We confirm that the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS) is an open and public policy, which is conducted within the framework of the guarantees and rights granted us by the Constitution of the United Mexican States. We
