Enforced Disappearance, POLITICAL PRISONERS,

Criminalization of
SOCIAL CONTROL AND POVERTY
GENERATED BY THE SYSTEM ARE

CURRENT PRACTICES OF VIOLENCE BY THE MEXICAN STATE.

Under the International Day Against Enforced Disappearance, the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS) discloses the following statement:

on 28 August marked the 30th anniversary of the iconic and historic hunger strike headed by Doña Rosario Ibarra de Piedra front of the Cathedral of Mexico City, to require the State to submit to life and liberty of all the disappeared.

This courageous act of the mothers of the disappeared politicians (The Doñas), despite having been evicted by force, succeeded in having enacted an amnesty law that got the freedom of about 1500 political prisoners and the presentation of 148 who were missing in underground prisons and clandestine Military Camp Number One In those years it set the precedent for the formation of the first National Front Against Repression (FNCR).

Thirty years later, the regime PAN now has not punished a single one of those responsible for ordering and executing these crimes against humanity, which were aimed at exterminating the best women and men who have given our people. Worse, today we witness how the PAN in power reissued despicable practices such as enforced disappearance and the persistence of hundreds of political prisoners of conscience in our country.

The disappearance of Gabriel Alberto Cruz Sánchez and Edmundo Reyes Amaya, which involved elements of the federal army, is a paradigmatic case that demonstrates with certainty that the practice of enforced disappearance and the re- the Dirty War in Mexico are driven either by action or omission, from the Mexican government headed by Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, who is primarily responsible for this crime against humanity which does not prescribe.

We join the current efforts of the National Front Against Repression (FNCR), of which we are part today to boost Federal Amnesty Law to secure the release of all political prisoners in the country, as well as presentation with life of all political disappeared by the regime and against the criminalization of the struggle and popular dissent. You can not talk about democracy, while Mexico is gone and imprisoned impunity social activists and people, under the protection and government protection.

greet all our brothers and sisters that make up the FNCR, and are now gathered in the National Assembly FNCR VI, in the city of Queretaro, where they constitute the State Front Against Repression and Defense Human Rights.

As part of the efforts of the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS), we reported that on August 29 in the city of Morelia, Michoacán, was held March Against the Militarization, Enforced Disappearances, Repression and Impunity. Also express our support and solidarity with the "Day of Broadcasting and Propaganda Against Forced Disappearance of Persons", launched by the National Committee for Family Life in Show and the Disappeared held on 30 and 31 August also the city of Morelia. Another fraternal greetings all activities in this context of struggle and protest urges the Association of Relatives of Disappeared Persons and Victims of Violations of Human Rights in Mexico (AFADEM), in the state of Guerrero.

us solidarity with the Peoples Front in Defense of Earth (FPDT) of Atenco, Mexico State, and strongly condemn the unconstitutional and unjust penalties imposed on its members by repressive governments Enrique Peña Nieto and Felipe Calderón Hinojosa. We express the conviction of 112 years imprisonment imposed on the social activist Ignacio del Valle, is a legal aberration and a particular model case and the criminalization of social struggle that exists in our country where the federal government tries to match fighters social offenders.

Finally, the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS) sincerely thanks all individuals, social, political and human rights in Mexico and the world that have supported our struggle and ongoing campaign by demanding the live presentation of each and every forcibly disappeared during the government of Felipe Calderón Hinojosa.
