STATE AGAINST TORTURE AND DISAPPEARANCE IN MICHOACAN

FOR OUR RIGHT TO DEFEND LIFE, LAND, LIBERTY AND THE WORK, WE KILLED, torture us, make us disappear, imprisoned us and persecute us. We

commoners, we produce wall, members of the Organization Campesina Indígena People "Ricardo Flores Magon" (OCIP-RFM-FNLS) of the National Front of Struggle for Socialism (FNLS), are originally from Uruapilla, Community Tabiquera Loma, Tenure Undameo Santiago municipality of Morelia. In this place we have always lived from time immemorial, our land is beautiful with pine forests and fields of water, now dark economic interests seek through blood and fire off our land, to be sentenced to live forever in misery advantage of our poverty .

To defend our rights to life, land, liberty and work, we kill, we are tortured, imprisoned us and make us disappear after us. Business

greedy collusion with the government hired gunmen, officials of agriculture as the Directorate of Agrarian agrarian organization and serve as accomplices to strip of 97 acres that rightfully belong to us.

The State Government remains indifferent to our complaints, and were destroyed our houses, were disappeared and tortured fellow MOLINA RODRIGUEZ Moses (Chairman of the board, was missing for 15 days and filed after being tortured by suspected elements police and military) and Avenicio REYNA CRUZ (member of the Law Commission of OCIP-RFM, was missing for more than 12 hours and presented after being tortured by the same people that took Moses), was shot our colleague José Reyes Aguilar (member of the board, shot in the left leg by alleged police elements on June 18 this year) 11 colleagues were imprisoned, and there are still new and stale warrant. The arrest

disappearance of Avenicio REYNA CRUZ Guadalupe lawyers participated CARRIÓN GUIDE (lawyer who claim to be ejidatarios Undameo Santiago) and the Agricultural Court No 36 as well as elements of a military police with rifles and short who came in a white suburban no license plates.

Given these facts:

immediate end to all forms of repression, arbitrary arrests, disappearances and torture of members of our organization in Uruapilla, State and National level. 
immediate repair by the state government for damage caused to our colleagues and their families, being responsible for the facts denounced, not as authority to stop intervening. 
hold the government of the state of physical and psychological damage suffered by members of our organization in Michoacán

ask for your solidarity to send letters to the State Government in Michoacan and the Federal Government to cease the repression and provide solutions our demands.
